Ingredients
- 1500 g lean ground beef
- 21 small carrot, finely grated
- 31/2 zucchini, finely grated and squeezed dry
- 41 large egg
- 51/2 cup (45 g) breadcrumbs
- 61 teaspoon dried oregano
- 71 tablespoon olive oil
Method

Mix beef, vegetables, egg, breadcrumbs and oregano gently.
