Nutrition note
Fruit provides vitamin C and carbohydrate; yogurt adds protein and calcium. Oats add fiber.

- 31/2 cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt
- 42 tablespoons finely ground oats
Method

Line a small tray with baking paper.
- 2
Top each banana round with a strawberry half, using a little yogurt to help it stick.

Complete the Snack
Serve 1–2 softened bites with water.
Allergens

Ingredient Substitutions
- Use fortified soy yogurt for dairy-free bites.
- Use certified gluten-free oats when required.
- Use peach slices instead of strawberries.
Storage
Keep frozen for up to 2 weeks.
Freezer Guidance
Designed for freezing; thaw slightly before eating.
Picky-Eater Strategy
