Nutrition note

Yogurt supplies protein and calcium; berries and banana add fruit and natural sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 12 cups (480 g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 21 cup (150 g) mixed berries, mashed
  • 31 ripe banana, mashed
  • 41/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. 1

Stir yogurt, berries, banana and vanilla together.

  2. 2

Spoon into small ice-pop molds, tapping to remove air pockets.

  3. 3

Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.

  4. 4

Let stand for 2–3 minutes before serving so the pop is not extremely hard.

Complete the Snack
